At AI Coaching Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and tools to support coaches at every level. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product (such as a prompt pack, custom prompt file, or digital download) is delivered or accessed, we cannot issue a refund.

By purchasing a product from our store, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Custom Work

All custom prompt packs and coaching tools are considered final once delivered. These products are created based on your submitted preferences, and as such, are non-refundable.

If you experience an issue with your custom prompt or believe there is an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue when possible.

3. Duplicate Purchases or Errors

If you believe you were charged twice or made an accidental duplicate purchase, please contact us immediately. We will review and issue a refund if appropriate.
